im in a bad mood right now. I made an appointment with Verizon (for the 4th time this month) between the hours of 1 pm and 5 pm. WHY they show up every time at any hour OTHER than that 4 hour gap of time, is a mystery. He showed up today at 9:45, and since I don't even get to work until 10 am, i missed him. So now, I will have to make another appointment and probably miss them again. What is the point in making an arrangement. And as if the 4 hour window isn't good enough...like, you couldn't wait to effing get here Mr.Verizon man?!
